District Three Councilman Todd Klein will offer a resolution Thursday to regularly schedule some council meetings for the evening hours."I think there are some marquee items that require some evening input,” Klein said. “It doesn't mean we have to do everything in the evening. This is a bare minimum of once a quarter we do that."
Currently, council meetings begin with a citizen comment session at 7:30 a.m. every other Thursday.
